Use:

This machine is applied to slitting the materials like plastic films, paper glued tapes, al foils, insulation paper, sensitometric materials, etc. An electromechanic integral system is adopted for its controller, featuring in easy operation, quickness, and orderly slitting.

The Function and Characteristic:

1.Vertical sonctruction, collector and feeder at the same side, featuring in easy operation.

2.The chassis and the wall board are made of cast iron, which can assure that the machine can run stably at a high speed.

3.The common shaft is adopted for the unwinder and is fixed with conic telescope in order to apply the basis materials, of which their paper cores will be deformed.

4.The unwinding system is equipped with auto photoelectric verifying system.

5.The air expansion shafts are adopted for the up and down winders and press rollers are also assembled.

6.Adopted flat blades and round blades in slitting.

7.Auto discharging the waste side. The waste side guide pipe and the large-powered fans can blow the waste sides out from right side.

9.The al guide rails for the integral machine are high hardened al guide rails from Taiwan and have been treated in motion and moveable balance mode.
